Nova Player is designed to process only the information needed for device activation, playlist synchronization, security, and service reliability. It does not contain advertising SDKs and does not sell personal data.
Information we process
- Nova Player Device ID, Activation Code, platform, app version, activation status, expiry dates, and connection timestamps.
- Playlist names and source credentials that you choose to save, such as an M3U URL or Xtream server login.
- Operational security records required to protect the service and diagnose failures.
How playlist credentials are handled
Saved playlist credentials are stored encrypted at rest and are used only to synchronize the sources you added to your Nova Player device. Nova Player does not inspect, curate, resell, or provide the media available through those third-party sources.
Purpose and retention
Device information is processed to operate activation and maintain service security. Saved playlist data remains associated with the device until you remove it, the device record is deleted, or retention is otherwise required for security or legal obligations.
Third-party content
Nova Player is not a content provider. Playlist providers and media services you choose to use are independent third parties with their own privacy practices and terms.
Your choices
You can remove saved playlists from the device portal. Device and account deletion procedures, operator contact information, and any additional jurisdiction-specific privacy rights will be published before public commercial launch.
