Nova Player is software, not a media subscription.
By using Nova Player, you agree to use the software only with media sources and content that you are legally entitled or authorized to access.
1. Player-only service
Nova Player is an independent media player. It does not provide, sell, host, retransmit, bundle, recommend, or distribute television channels, IPTV subscriptions, playlists, or third-party media content. Activation grants access to Nova Player software features only.
2. Your sources and permissions
You are responsible for every playlist, URL, account credential, stream, file, or other source you add. You must have all rights, licenses, subscriptions, permissions, or other authorization required to access and play that content.
3. No provider affiliation
Compatibility with a playlist format or login method does not mean Nova Player is affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party provider. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Nova Player to facilitate copyright infringement, unauthorized access, unlawful retransmission, credential abuse, circumvention of access controls, or other illegal activity. Devices may be blocked when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with applicable law.
5. Saved credentials
If you choose to save playlist credentials through the device portal, they are processed only to provide the synchronization feature you requested. You should remove sources that you no longer use or are no longer authorized to access.
6. Availability and changes
Nova Player functionality may evolve as the product develops. Payment, refund, governing-law, operator identity, and consumer-rights terms will be finalized before paid public commercial launch.
